The fresh hot croissants at breakfast were a delightful start to my mornings, and the quirky room made my stay feel cozy and fun. I relaxed in the small but perfect shower room and enjoyed the wonderful ambiance throughout the hotel. Although the shower could be a tad cramped, it didn’t take away from the overall great experience. definitely check it out! 😊

I had a fantastic time discovering the vibrant Mercato Centrale just a few steps away and wandering over to the stunning Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, making my sightseeing adventures super easy during my stay as a solo traveler. The breakfast was delightful, but the noise from the street could be a bit much at times.

The Atlantic Palace has a prime location just a short walk from the train station and several key attractions. I appreciated the convenience of being so close to cultural spots like the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The room offered a nice view, which really added to the experience. However, I faced issues with the air conditioning, which was inadequate during the heat. Despite reporting it, the staff didn't seem to take it seriously, they mentioned that it was controlled from downstairs but didn't follow up effectively. Also, the only key card given meant we couldn't leave the air conditioning running when we were out, leading to an uncomfortable room temperature when we returned. I found the staff's cold demeanor disappointing, particularly their lack of helpfulness when I brought up my concerns. The breakfast was average, lacking any standout items. One highlight was the clean bathroom with decent water pressure. I wish there were more amenities like a coffee maker in the room. Given the price, I expected more from both the service and facilities.

The room was comfortable, very clean, and quiet, which was ideal for my work-related trip. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a diverse selection of fresh bakery items and cold cuts.
